We will also provide support for PC's at very reasonable hourly rates. This includes hardware installation assistance, software installation assistance and hardware problem troubleshooting and more. Please contact us for rates.

We have two exciting new support packages available to new and existing customers. These will include quarterly maintenance of your PC or single incidents, where we try to fix your difficult to understand error messages and problems. PC Maintenance and Support.

Ever had difficult to understand error messages when your computer boots up, or a program that no longer runs correctly, or just a setting that you want to change on your computer and don't know where to go? We have just the solution for you.

Quarterly Maintenance.

This would not include installing or removal of programs, simply maintaining the machine. However, if you encounter any problems at the time of the maintenance, we will try to fix them for no additional cost or suggest that you take out a separate incident if the problem appears to be time consuming.

Single Incident.

Technical Support is available to all customers who have purchased products and services from the company.

The Service is available between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, Seven days a Week excluding Public Holidays, after hours support is available by email and can be accessed by any of the methods on our Contact Us page.
