You were very reliable in things such as time scales as if you said to me something would be ready on a certain date then it would be done by that date at latest. However, more often than not it was achieved earlier than the originally specified time.

"I found the products hard to use without help so here we go I have Jsay, Dragon
and jaws running on my laptop they all work well and are a great asset to me
as I had almost stopped using word processers and the like but that has
changed now I can speak to my computer and have it speak to me the programmes
are fine and work well for me..
As for support Ashif was always ready to help in any way he could including
setting my whole laptop up again and getting me to back up the whole system
when it was working again he was friendly helpful and always ready to help the
backup and support were the best I have ever had ..

I had some realy intensive training over a few long days as I am not good at
listening and Ashif was patient and happy to go over things until I got the
hang of it he is an exelent teacher with the right amount of humour which
makes the learning process easier All in all I find the product really
good for my needs the teaching put me on the right path and when you ring for
help its always there and freely given Ashif is a man who knows his business
and I feel we are now friends and I wish him all the luck in the world for his
future and that of his business".
